Who can benefit from this grant?

The Digitalise Your Micro Business scheme provides non-repayable grants to assist small and medium-sized enterprises in financing their digitalisation efforts. By doing so, businesses can improve their resilience, efficiency, productivity, and customer experience. Eligibility is open to micro, small and medium-sized enterprises engaged in economic activity, regardless of their legal form, with few exclusions. 

What expenditure is eligible?

The grant scheme supports investment in tangible and intangible assets, including e-commerce websites, commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) and custom software, hardware (laptops, monitors, tablets etc), analytical tools, cyber security systems, cloud computing, and training costs. For subscription-based software, the cost of a 2-year subscription is eligible for consideration.

What is the amount of the grant?

Funding for digitalisation investment in digital technologies is part-financed, with the maximum funding amount at €10,000 per investment. Investments in Malta are eligible for up to 50% part-financing of eligible costs, while investments in Gozo are eligible for up to 60%.
